Dr. Enice Jackson
Assistant Principal
Greetings! My name is Dr. Enice Jackson, the very proud Assistant Principal at New Vision Middle School for the 2024-2025 school year. This is my 23rd year in education, and my 13th year in educational leadership. As an educator committed to serving those within this community, I recognize the importance of having supportive educators who are passionate about students’ learning and personal well-being. I am grateful for my professional experience that has enabled me to pursue my passion within education: Motivate both students and staff to be their absolute best, and to increase learning and academic achievement for all students.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. As a successful teacher, I took pride in establishing and maintaining relationships with students, parents, and the community, which affects long-term academic achievement. The passion for students’ learning emerged from the Master’s Degree I earned from the Curriculum Development and Instruction Program at Azusa Pacific University. I earned a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership at Azusa Pacific University as well. Studies and research conducted within the Master’s and Doctorate studies equipped me with strategies that help identify and support students with academic challenges. It was the goal of the Strengths-based program I created to help underachieving students actualize their talents and improve perceptions of themselves. I look forward to continuing this great work!
As a site administrator, I have taken on the role of a “Lead Learner”, one who collaborates with teachers and parents in pursuit of a meaningful educational program.
It is an honor to lead New Vision Middle School students, staff, and parents. I will continue to revere the gifts that I have been given to serve others, so that I may positively impact the lives of those I interact with each day.
