Hi, my name is Myeshia Williams Garrett. I have been in the field of education for 10 years and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies. My journey began as a Teacher's Aide and After-School Coordinator at a Fontana elementary school. Over the years, I transitioned to working in middle school, where I have grown as a leader and a trusted pillar within the community.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, baking, and spending quality time with my three wonderful children. Life has taught me to embrace each moment, finding strength and encouragement even in challenging times. As a widow and a resident of this area, my experiences have shaped my perspective and my ability to connect with the students and families here at New Vision Middle School.
One of the things I cherish most about my role is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and their families. Many parents feel comfortable reaching out to me for resources or guidance, which I attribute to my openness and commitment to positive change at New Vision.
